HA! This was AWESOME. I definitely had a moment like this when I laughed about a line in a Ke$ha song and my friend, who’s dating a Trans Man, got REALLY mad at me for it, quickly figuring out why I found it so funny. So thanks for this! ^_^

Listen, I appreciate you trying to craft quality stories about trans characters. But depicting untrained self-castration in a positive light? That is so so so dangerous. I’m not a transsexual, but I’m good friends with many transsexuals, and they’ve all read your comics.
And you know what one of my friends just said to me after reading this? That she wished she had done something like this when she was young. Good god… the consequences are disastrous for something like that. What if a young, confused, naive person reads this and ends up ruining their life?
Yes, I know that you don’t have any obligations to moralize or teach life lessons or whatever. I know that you’re just trying to be true to this character. But… I’m sorry, I can’t help worrying. I mean, keep up the good work with your comics, But I mean… just keep in mind that for a lot of young trans people, your site is incredibly important. I dunno if that matters or anything… sorry for rambling.
